This fine property comprises an East Wing and a West Wing with a lovely pool and multiple fountains as a centrepiece on a large land area of 385 square wah. It is located within the Golden Land Baan Lad Prao development. The first and only owners moved in during August 2003.

Extensive work was done internally on the basic East Wing house after possession was taken from the project developer.

The West Wing was built from scratch to the design of the present owners.

The quality of finish is very high. The floors are teak parquet. The original windows were all replaced with white powder-coated aluminium frames for visual effect and greater security.

The air conditioners in the dining-living room are recessed in the ceiling, which as well as looking good, lowers the sound they make to a gentle murmur.

The pool tiles are all hand made in northern Thailand and sandstone edging was added just to make sure it all looked splendid.

Other incidentals are: the East and West Wings are wired for UBC, the East Wing has three telephone lines, and lastly doors, windows and internal areas are linked into the security system.

well appointed main living room with a stairway leading to the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted western-style kitchen.

Many rooms look out directly onto the pool and garden.

The exercise room too, has a view of the pool.
